I have recently completed my first holistic doula training and am excited to offer my support to mothers in whatever capacity you need.
This could look like:
support preparing your body and womb to receive your child
navigating pregancy and birth, cultivating trust in your body and opening to the multidimensionality of the rite of birth
postpartum care, and birth debriefing
and so much more
If you are here in Ibiza we can work together in person, and for others I can support you virtually in 1:1 sessions and even via whatsapp voice notes when you feel to reach out.
